Hybrid Forged is the name Concaver gives to its manufacturing method: it combines casting, which allows complex designs and very concave profiles, with a forging stage that densifies the metal. The wheel sits between a conventional cast wheel and a fully forged wheel, in both weight and strength.

Each wheel is tested to the JWL and VIA standards, which check the wheel's strength under radial fatigue, bending and impact.

Certifications and compliance

These wheels are certified to JWL and VIA, which guarantee the wheel's structural strength to Japanese standards. All sizes offered also have a TÜV report: the matching certificate can be downloaded from the “Approval by size” table above.

Fitting: what to allow for
