Custom steering wheel for Tesla Model S (type 1)

The Tesla Model S is covered by this custom steering wheel, offered in Type 1 version. It is based on a refurbished original steering wheel, of which only the design is transformed using the online configurator.

Custom steering wheel for Tesla Model S: materials and finishes available

The covering can be chosen from smooth leather, perforated leather and Alcantara®. The carbon can be gloss, matte or forged. The steel parts come in metallic steel or black metallic steel, and the piping takes the colour of the code sent by the customer.

Procedure

• Enter the model, year, generation and version of the Tesla Model S.
• Assemble the steering wheel in the online configurator.
• Dismantle the original steering wheel, then retrieve its buttons and airbag.

The airbag is not supplied with the steering wheel: the vehicle's own is reused.
