Flow Forming construction for greater performance

This method produces a wheel that is lighter and stronger than a conventional cast wheel, which improves the car's responsiveness, road holding and driving comfort, while keeping excellent durability for everyday use.

In practice, the barrel of the wheel is heated, then stretched by rollers after casting. The metal becomes denser, which allows material to be removed at equal strength: the weight saving reaches up to 30% compared with a cast aluminium model.

Certifications and compliance

These wheels are certified to JWL and VIA, which guarantee the wheel's structural strength to Japanese standards. 11 of the 13 sizes offered also have a TÜV report: the matching certificate can be downloaded from the “Approval by size” table above. The other sizes are covered by the JWL / VIA certifications only.

Fitting: what to allow for

The set is delivered complete: the 4 centring rings matched to your car and the wheel nuts are included, with no extra part to order. Allow 30 to 45 minutes for all four wheels with a jack and a torque wrench. Follow the torque specified in your vehicle manual and retighten the fixings after the first few kilometres.

Tyre fitting should be entrusted to a properly equipped workshop, with balance checked after fitting.

Delivery and packaging

Each wheel is individually packed, protected on both faces and fully wrapped in film. This product ships separately from the rest of your order.
