Vörsteiner makes its carbon parts from resin pre-impregnated fibre, formed under vacuum. This process removes excess resin. The parts are produced in a state-of-the-art aerospace autoclave system.

Vörsteiner claims stiffness and strength 20 to 30% higher than carbon made by wet lay-up moulding.
