Hybrid Forged is the name Concaver gives to its manufacturing method: it combines casting, which allows complex designs and very concave profiles, with a forging stage that densifies the metal. The wheel sits between a conventional cast wheel and a fully forged wheel, in both weight and strength.

Each wheel is tested to the JWL and VIA standards, which check the wheel's strength under radial fatigue, bending and impact.

Certifications and compliance

These wheels are certified to JWL and VIA, which guarantee the wheel's structural strength to Japanese standards. 4 of the 5 sizes offered also have a TÜV report: the matching certificate can be downloaded from the “Approval by size” table above. The other sizes are covered by the JWL / VIA certifications only.

Fitting: what to allow for

The set is delivered with the 4 centring rings matched to your car and the fixing hardware matched to this wheel, at no extra cost. Allow 30 to 45 minutes for all four wheels with a jack and a torque wrench. Follow the torque specified in your vehicle manual and retighten the fixings after the first few kilometres.

Tyre fitting should be entrusted to a properly equipped workshop, with balance checked after fitting.
