Hybrid Forged: the manufacturing process of Concaver

Hybrid Forged is the name Concaver gives to its manufacturing method: it combines casting, which allows complex designs and very concave profiles, with a forging stage that densifies the metal. The wheel sits between a conventional cast wheel and a fully forged wheel, in both weight and strength.

Each wheel is tested to the JWL and VIA standards, which check the wheel's strength under radial fatigue, bending and impact.

Offset wheel setup: 2 front rims + 2 rear rims

On some models, the front and rear wheels are not the same size. Sets marked “2 front + 2 rear” are delivered as a complete set, with two rims of each size: they are not interchangeable between axles.

Certifications and Compliance

These rims are certified JWL and VIA, which ensure the rim's structural strength in accordance with Japanese standards. 1 of the 8 available sizes also comes with a TÜV certificate : The corresponding certificate can be downloaded from the “Certification by Size” table above.
